A small leak today becomes rotted decking and ruined ceilings tomorrow. We find the real source of the problem, fix it properly, and tell you honestly whether a repair will do or the roof needs more.
Most leaks come from a handful of weak spots. We check them all, not just the one closest to the stain on your ceiling.
We trace the water back to where it’s actually getting in, which is often not right above the stain.
Wind-blown, cracked or lifted shingles replaced to match as closely as possible.
Loose or rusted flashing at chimneys, walls, skylights and valleys resealed or replaced.
Cracked rubber boots around plumbing vents are a very common leak source.
Wind, hail and fallen-limb damage, including help with your insurance claim.
Water that gets past the shingles soaks the wood decking, then the insulation, then your ceiling. By the time you see a stain, the damage underneath has usually been building for a while.
Catching it early usually means a smaller, cheaper repair. Not sure where yours is coming from? Our guide on how to find a roof leak walks through the signs.
